  • Ministry Planning & Review ~ Our premier service, using an appreciative model and listening processes to plan and continuously improve the core functions of ministry.
  • Congregational Assessment ~ Using uniquely designed discussion groups, personal interviews and surveys, your church can discover and maximize your resources in responding to God's call - a great way to begin the Ministry Planning & Review.
  • Community Growth & Wellness Learning Series ~ Offering a series of workshops tailored to meet the learning needs of your group, board or vestry with a focus on developing skills for community wellness and growth.
  • Conflict Analysis and Prevention ~ Workshops and coaching that help congregational leaders to get proactive about dealing with conflict in your congregation. Recognize and honor the strengths in your diversity of gifts, passions and spiritual journeys.
